- after receiving a pre-developmnet grant, Oakhurst worked with engineers to determine that there was a less than one percent chance of our property flooding; thus the property was removed out of the flood plane with FEMA; this was needed in order to be eligible for certain grants
- a new well was dug
- our architectural plans have been approved by the fire marshal; therefore, we are "shovel ready"
- our building permit is in place
- a new gravel driveway is in place
We are excited that we are ready to build! As soon as funding is finalized, we can be up and running in 6 months!
